Websites and SEO for aesthetic clinics
A page for every treatment and every concern, written the way patients search, compliant with the advertising rules, and the booking on every screen. Then we keep it climbing every month, so the diary fills from Google rather than from Instagram alone.
The problem
Most aesthetics clients do not find a clinic by its name. They search for the treatment and the town, "lip filler Cambridge" or "Profhilo near me", and they book with whoever answers that question best on a phone. A one-page site with a price list image and an Instagram link does not answer it, so Google sends them somewhere else, often to a clinic with less experience and a better website.
The other half of the problem is trust. A patient handing over £250 for a treatment on their face reads everything first: who does it, what training they have, what happens at the consultation, what it costs, and what other people said. If that is not on the page, they keep scrolling. The site has to do the reassuring before you ever speak to them.
What we build
Google ranks pages, not businesses. So every service you want more of gets its own page, written for the words your customers actually type.
Searches the site is written for
[town] is wherever you work. Business and Full Launch add a page for each nearby town.
Lip filler, anti-wrinkle, Profhilo, skin boosters, microneedling and the rest, each with what it is, who it suits, downtime, price and the booking button. One page per search.
Fine lines, thin lips, tired eyes, dull skin. Patients often search the problem, not the product, and these pages catch them and point to the right treatment.
Qualifications, insurance, prescriber arrangements and a real photograph. This is the page that turns a browser into a consultation.
Every price on the page and the consultation explained step by step, so the first call is about the patient, not the price list.
On Business and Full Launch, a landing page for each nearby town you treat clients from, so you show up beyond your own postcode.
Why SEO first
A template site looks the same on day three hundred as on launch day. A site built around what aesthetic clinics are searched for gets found a little more every month, and the monthly SEO keeps adding to it.
Customers finding you on Google, each month
The shape, not a forecast. What it has looked like for a real clinic: Nurse Meicha's rebuilt site went from a mobile speed score of 70 to 91 and from a handful of pages to one for every treatment.
A graph comparing two websites over their first year. The line for a site built for search starts flat and curves upward more steeply each month. The line for a template site rises a little at launch and then stays flat. The gap between them is the customers the first site finds on Google that the second one never sees.
A month of work for a clinic owner, taken by the site while they were busy working.

Measured on a real business
Cosmetic nurse and skin clinic, Norwich
A Wix template rebuilt as a page for every treatment and concern, with Fresha on every screen and copy written to the advertising rules.
"I've paid agencies for a new website before and been let down every time, so I wasn't expecting much. This was completely different."
From the Google review
Nurse Meicha is run by Curtis's sister. We built and measured it exactly as we would for any client.

These are the targets we set with aesthetic clinics on a monthly SEO plan. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not. What we promise is the work, and a plain-English report every month showing where you are against them.

Know-how
Prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the public in the UK, so the site talks about anti-wrinkle treatment and the consultation, never a brand name. It is the most common reason clinic sites get an ASA complaint, and an easy one to avoid.
Botulinum toxin and filler treatments for cosmetic reasons are illegal for under 18s in England. The booking flow and the treatment pages say so, which protects you and reassures everyone else.
Real results, consented in writing, unretouched, and labelled with the treatment and the number of sessions. Nothing borrowed from a manufacturer's library.
Clinic sites that lead with offers attract price shoppers. We lead with the practitioner, the consultation and the aftercare, and let the prices sit plainly underneath.

Questions
Not as an advert. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, and those cannot be advertised to the public in the UK. The site describes anti-wrinkle treatment and invites a consultation, which is how compliant clinics word it and still rank for the searches patients make.
Yes. Most of our clinics use Fresha and we set it up as part of the build. If you already use Pabau, Phorest or another system, we link every booking button to it instead.
Instagram is good at keeping existing followers interested. It is poor at being found by someone who has never heard of you and searches "lip filler" plus your town. The website catches that search, and the Instagram feed can sit on it.
The Google listing often brings calls in the first weeks. Treatment pages usually start showing for their searches within one to three months, and that grows as reviews and guides are added. We set goals at 90 days, six months and a year and report against them monthly.
Grow is £199 a month and Run is £299, no contract. Full Launch includes the first month of Run. You can also have the site on its own and run it yourself.
